FAT y FAT16 es para MS-DOS.
FAT32 Windows9x enfocado al uso casero,
Windows tiene 3 códigos de fuentes diferentes 9x, NT, CE. Pero todos trabajan con Win32' 'FAT32: Una versión mejorada del sistema de tabla de asignación de archivos (FAT) que es un estandar en todos los sistemas operativos Windows con las versiones (32-bits) desde Windows 95. El sistema FAT32 puede ser usado en discos duros de alta capacidad, desde 512 megabytes (MB) hasta 32 gigabytes (GB). 
Utilice FAT32 si su disco duro es menor de 32 GB. 
Utilice FAT32 si quiere instalar mas de un Sistema Operativo en su ordenador. 
NTFS New Tecnology File System (nueva tecnología sistema de archivos),  NTFS: El sistema de archivos de Windows NT (NTFS) es usado con los sistemas operativos de las versiones de Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista y Windows 7. NTFS permite definir el tamaño del clúster, a partir de 512 bytes (tamaño mínimo de un sector) de forma independiente al tamaño de la partición. NTFSproporciona mejoras de confiabilidad, estabilidad y seguridad, y tiene soporte para discos duros de gran capacidad hasta 2 terabytes (TB). NTFS esta enfocado a profesionales Negocios y Redes.


NTFS ha reemplazado al anterior sistema de ficheros de Microsoft, llamado FAT, común a MS-DOS y a las versiones tempranas de Windows.
Utilice NTFS si su disco duro es mayor de 32 GB y va a ejecutar solo un Sistema Operativo en su ordenador. 
Utilice NTFS si quiere una seguridad de archivos mejorada. 
Utilice NTFS si necesita compresión de disco'. 
NTFS, esta hecho en base un sistema de archivos con Journaling, esto quiere decir que funciona inteligente, ya que es difícil que por un 'apagón' se dañe los archivo, como en FAT y Fat32, ademas lo principal es que este puede manejar permisos de usuarios, cosa que en sistemas FAT no lo hace, Esto quiere decir que si uno es el dueño de un archivo y tiene permisos de solo lectura para los demas usuarios, nadie podra modificarlo. 
Es un sistema adecuado para las particiones de gran tamaño requeridas en estaciones de trabajo de alto rendimiento y servidores.

“MUST”

Must' is most commonly used to express certainty. It can also be used to express necessity or strong recommendation, although native speakers prefer the more flexible form 'have to.'

REMEMBER: 'Do not have to' vs. 'Must not'
'Do not have to' suggests that someone is not required to do something. 'Must not' suggests that you are prohibited from doing something.
Examples:
* You must not eat that. It is forbidden, it is not allowed.
* You don't have to eat that. You can if you want to, but it is not necessary

“SHOULD
SHOULDN’T”
'Should' is most commonly used to make recommendations or give advice. It can also be used to express obligation as well as expectation.
Examples:
* When you go to Berlin, you should visit the palaces in Potsdam. recommendation
* You should focus more on your family and less on work. advice
* I really should be in the office by 7:00 AM. obligation
* By now, they should already be in Dubai. expectation
